1. Cancellation of Services

  • Clients may cancel ongoing monthly/retainer-based services by providing a minimum of 30 days’ prior written notice.

  • For project-based services, cancellations will only be accepted before the project work has commenced. Once work has started, cancellations will not be possible.

2. Payment Disputes

In case of any billing errors or disputes, clients must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the invoice. We will review and resolve such issues promptly.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be made at the sole discretion of Thesocialhouse under special circumstances.

4.Refund Timeline 

Approved Refunds are credited to the original payment method with in 7 days.
