The Social House provides digital marketing and related services, including but not limited to social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), online advertising campaigns, branding, and consultancy. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

2. Payments & Billing

  • All fees are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments are required as per the agreed proposal or invoice terms.

  • Advance payments made for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Any late payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary access to accounts or assets to execute campaigns effectively.

  • Delays caused by the client may impact service timelines and results.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All creative assets, strategies, and reports prepared by the Social House remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, final deliverables (excluding proprietary tools and processes) become the client’s property.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Social House does not guarantee specific results (e.g., sales, rankings, ROI), as outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Refund & Cancellation

  • Once a project has been initiated, refunds are not provided unless explicitly agreed.

  • Monthly retainers or ongoing service contracts can be cancelled with [30 days] written notice.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida.

9. Changes to Terms

The Social House reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
